As part of a biennial review process, the By-laws Committee for 2009 is
charged with the responsibility of reviewing, updating and recommending
revisions of the Club's By-laws to the Board and General Membership. Proposed
By-laws and Standing Rules have been made available to the membership
for review. The final vote of acceptance will be at the October 6th general
meeting.
