As part of a biennial review process, the By-laws Committee for 2008-2009 is charged with the responsibility of reviewing, updating and recommending revisions of the Club's By-laws to the Board and General Membership.

It's time to update our bylaws and make necessary changes. Please review your copy of the current BWC Bylaws and Standing Rules (Revised 11/1/05), and forward your suggested changes or concerns in writing to Margie Jones, Chairman.

Your input is vital, so please respond. The By-laws Committee will be meeting over the course of the year to address your concerns, formulate suggested revisions, and modify our by-laws as needed. Club members will vote to accept the changes once all revisions have been made.

Committee members, please mark your calendar for Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. for a meeting at the home of Margie Jones. Any club member that has suggestions for any changes to the By-laws should e-mail them to Margie Jones.
